ROBIN LOXLEY'S
TREASURE HUNT

Robin Loxley’s Treasure Hunt 2020 gave away £1500 in cash, £900 in gold, £200 in silver and some of Loxley’s priceless art.
The treasure was buried in Sheffield and 10 clues led the hunters to the prize. They could work alone, or work as a team. But most importantly, have some fun.
Here’s how it went, can you guess the clues?

CLUE 1

50 Years on 27th of March, it has Flown By. 1970.

On the back I hope the finder shares it.

An Oak Dale Park up, Post to Post.

CLUE 2

An Ancient Arms of a Cutlery City.

1638 to current date, not to close to the gate.

The banks side by side runs a center pride.

1913.

CLUE 3

Stay at home is what we do.

Simply take a photo of this page send to Loxley at this stage.

To be messaged the italian link to sheffield.

CLUE 4

Get A Drink with this Twenty, on a road with Plenty.

Pass the bar with no beer, lies a place with spotted deer.

Thousands look up at the sky, something permanent standing by.

CLUE 5

Breaking news, Blar, Blar, Blar.

CLUE 6

From Peak to a lady. A name means a lot.

An ancient monument that I am.

Who is more important the manager or the worker?

I guess as long as it all tallys up.

1998 was a good year, but i guess so is a tyre.

This is a lottery of a find, a square pool is what you are looking for!

CLUE 7

My Place of birth (Easy).

Pass the honourable man, with a view of bliss, make the turn, don’t give a miss!

To place that took so many, is a fitting tribute.

CLUE 8

You are getting close, its not too far, a short distance even by car.

A notice board that had ten pounds, is in sight of their grounds.

Walk up a road it’s not a chase, then your at the meeting place.

CLUE 9

A View by Thomas Oughtibridge at the bottom, cutlery made but not forgotten.

A trail of art for all to see, Robin Loxley that is me.

A patch of land with a standing stone, take a picture before going home.

Go and watch a play.

CLUE 10

The treasure map.
